Bouncy castles and the minimum space required 
For each castle a minimum space required would be 3 ft. per each side and 5 ft. at the front and rear of the castle. 
For example if you hire a 12 x 12 castle your minimum space required would be 18 x 22 ft. 
 
Please be aware that we do supply power cables, but we need to be notified whether a power source is available. 
 
If no power source is available we can still provide entertainment, we are happy to provide a petrol blower which requires no power at your event, this incurs a cost of £20 and includes a full tank. 
How do I book? 
The preferred method is by telephoning us, alternatively you can email or you can complete the booking forms within this website. You are able to book direct on our website now, meaning you can check availbility, book, pay a deposit or pay in full if required.  
How much notice do I need to give for a booking? 
You can book anytime however bookings get very busy so please book as early as possible to avoid disappointment. You can contact us on the day if you have been let down by another provider as we may have availability and will do our best to save the day. 
How much does it cost? 
Please see the individual pages for the price per item. 
What do the prices include? 
All bouncy castle booking prices include local delivery, a small charge may need to be charged for out of area deliveries (please contact us for delivery rates). You will also receive a blower, extension cable and safety mats; the price also includes set up, inflation and collection. 
When are your bouncy castles available? 
Our castles are available 7 days a week all year round including Bank Holidays. 
How long can I keep the equipment for? 
The time you hire the equipment for is up to you. The price is per hire, therefore if you require the unit for 2 hours the cost would be the same as an 8 hour hire. Please note though that there is an over night hire charge and if you have the unit for the second day then additional charges may occur. 
Do you hire overnight? 
All our units are available for over night hire, however they must be collected by 10am the next day or a second days hire charge will occur. 
Do I have to pay a deposit? 
No deposit is required over the phone. If booking on line, there is a £25 deposit fee required- unless discussed prior to booking. 
How do I pay? 
Most people choose to pay cash on delivery, we do accept card payments on the day and cheque payments need to be received in sufficient time for funds to clear before the booking date. You are now able to pay online once you've receieved your booking confirmation. 
What if I need to cancel? 
You can cancel at anytime, all we ask is that you give us as much notice as possible. If no notice is given you may incur a cancellation fee. 
What if it rains or high winds? 
Most of our castles come with a rain or sun cover. If the weather is extreme, then cancellation is acceptable. We will contact you on the day of the hire to ascertain if you still require the equipment. The inflatable will work in the rain, as long as the electric sockets are indoor or covered. 
If there are high winds of more the 24mph then we will be forced to cancel the booking. If the weather changes whilst you have the unit on hire we will call and ask you to turn the machine off. Safety first!!  
Can the bouncy castle be set up on a slope? 
No this is not possible however if it is a very slight slope it may be ok, you will need to discuss this prior to the booking. 
How long does it take to set up/inflate/deflate/pack up the inflatable? 
The bouncy castles take approx 10 minutes to set up and 20 minutes to pack up. However this is only an estimate, times may vary depending on which castle you hire. If you have other units on hire as well these times may vary accordingly. 
How much space is needed? 
You will need to allow a minimum of 5 feet at the front and rear of castle and 3 feet either side this is to allow access and the blower at rear. Please make sure all garden items such as garden toys, swings, slides, patio furniture, rubbish etc. are removed from the area where the castle is to be sited. 
When I hire the castle is there anything I need to provide? 
We supply all the hardware you will need for the castle, you will need to provide a 240 volts mains power supply. You will need to complete the hire agreement once the unit has been set up and you are happy with it. We will then leave you to enjoy your party! 
Do you supply safety instructions? 
All our castles have safety instruction sewn into the side/front of them. Before we leave you we will run through the do's and dont's of the equipment. We want you to have fun but in a safe manner!
